Interview with Steve:
This is your second go-round with Five Tier, What made it a company that you wanted to return to and help build?
A: When I consulted with Five Tier, Inc. back in 2017, I was stunned by how much of a disruptor they were in the digital Out of Home space. I left to scratch an itch I had in working for a non-profit for a cause that meant a lot to me but kept in touch. I enjoyed hearing about the many successes Five Tier had in my absence. However, when Frank came back to me with an opportunity I couldn’t refuse, I knew it was a matter of time before I returned. I wanted to return because I believe the Five Tier platform is dynamic in its execution and the team behind it is equally as dynamic.
What’s your 2019 goal for Five Tier?
For 2019, I plan on building processes internally that encourage sustainable growth for Five Tier. I plan on streamlining our sales processes to allow for even quicker turnaround time, customization, and accommodation for our valued clients. Needless to say, I’m very excited.
What’s your favorite romantic comedy and why?
Die Hard. Kidding! My favorite movie of all time, Grosse Pointe Blank, could easily be considered a romantic comedy and has peak John Cusack. Boy meets girl, boy leaves girl on the night of their prom to be an international assassin, boy comes home for 10-year reunion, boy tries to win girl back. Comedy! The soundtrack is epic as well…
