5 Tips to Maximize Your Five Tier Experience With Dashboard

In this edition we will be sharing tips to help you maximize your Five Tier Experience with our dashboard. Our dashboard is the first thing you see once you sign in and these tips will help you get the most out of this crucial aspect of the platform.

1.) The Top Dashboard: This top area allows you to customize your workflow. One team member may be geared towards tasks, another reporting and so on. By clicking on the little gear in upper right corner, you are able to customize your top bar.

2.) Inbound/Outbound: In this section you are able to see who visits your website (make sure you add the tracking code to your site) and your emails being opened (have you downloaded the chrome extension?). The outbound shows your email campaigns and other emails exiting the platform.

3.) Reporting and Return: Reporting and Return is quick way to see productivity from your website and money coming in. We can integrate Stripe, Square, Shopify, and Quickbooks.
